Meagan has become an addiction - her boot camp classes are not only challenging but a ton of fun - I always feel awesome after a class and have seen amazing changes in my body. I never thought I could get such great definition particularly in my arms and abs. Everyone comments on how fit I look and even my doctor says I'm in the best shape he's ever seen me in! - Stacey

 

Workout classes with MMH are better than the YMCA.  Its all the focus, motivation, attention, and encouragement of a personal training session with the added energy and drive of a group setting, which only eggs you on more, as if Meagan's fun "pump-you-up" and "LET'S DO THIS!" attitude and sound knowledge in butt-kicking wasn't enough!  It's only after you wipe the sweat out of your eyes that you realize they aren't tears, and it feels awesome to give it your all.  If you have ever wanted to know what it feels like to have your knees sweat, check out a Pure Sweat class with MMH! - Sabine

 

I can tell you that classes at Fierce Fitness will leave you in better shape and more energized. Physically I am stronger and in better shape, and that is all thanks to Meagan. But that to me is just a bonus! I love going to class because I know I will laugh and feel good about myself. I never imagined that I could have such a great time while sweating my ass off! - Liv

 

Meagan's boot camp classes are the toughest I've ever been to, but also the most fun.  You work lots of different muscle groups and sweat like crazy to upbeat music.  They are always challenging and she makes sure to adapt the exercises if you have any injuries or physical problems.  I have lost weight and gained a lot of muscle strength and toning since I began attending her classes.  What's also good about these boot camps is that they are never the same, so she is always mixing it up to keep different muscle groups challenged.  And her craziness and positive energy really helps to keep you motivated!!! - Sophy (the Amazon)

 

I have been attending Meagan's Circuit class for many many years, and never got bored, because she manages to create a fun class that is also an effective total body workout. Meagan is a brilliant instructor with an infectious energy that makes hers workout so much fun even through the difficult, soreness-causing exercises. She manages to combine all the elements you need - awesome motivating music, choreographed challenging workouts, strength training and cool-downs. Her routines are different, and not at all cheesy as compared to the generic classes you would find at mainstream gyms. That is why I would regularly go every weekend, and always recommend her to my friends! - Avital

After struggling for several years with frustration over not being able to lose 15 stubborn pounds, I turned to Meagan for nutrition help. I had been a healthy eater but was obviously missing somehing. Following Meagan’s seven day meal plan, I shed 10 pounds in two weeks. It took about another two weeks to lose the last five. I’ve now hit my target weight loss goal and dropped two pant sizes, all while eating healthy and not going hungry.

If anyone may be considering this program, I say go for it and don't let anything stop you. I considered not doing it but if I hadn't I would never know what I was missing. Meagan has been coming to our work environment for the past month to teach us bellydancing. She is very professional as well as punctual. She gets everyone participating and having fun without any effort. Even the most timid of participants are shimmying, laughing and having a good time. Meagan has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. We all have so much fun that we don't realize what a workout we are getting. By the end of the class, we are all more confident and invigorated by our lessons. We laughed, we exercised, we jiggled parts that we've never jiggled before - and most of all, we had a lot of fun! Meagan's workplace dance lessons were very enjoyable.
