NO EXCUSES at-home upper body workout:

all you need is a chair or ledge and very little time/space!

 

This workout is made up of five 20 second intervals (with 10 second rests between each), repeat 2 - 4 times no breaks!  Great for fat burning and upper body (arms, back, chest, core) toning

INTERVAL 1) Tricep Dips (20 seconds)

10 second rest

INTERVAL 2) Jumping Jacks (20 seconds)

10 second rest

INTERVAL 3) Push-Ups (20 seconds)

10 second rest

INTERVAL 4) Alternating High Kicks (20 seconds)

10 second rest

INTERVAL 5) Alternating Twisting Knees on chair (20 seconds)

10 second rest
