Technique & Choreo Class

 

Have fun learning a whole new sport/art and getting super-fit in the process!

A mix between fitness, aerobics, cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance... how good you go wrong?

 

We will work technique on:

- strength moves like lots of push-up variations, straddle holds, L-presses, etc. 

- explosive moves like various jumps, bounds, aerobic moves, and simple gymnastics

- flexibility elements like splits, high kicks, and backbends

- plus fun transitions, dance moves, j-setting, and awesome music!

As well as building on a choreography that uses all the stuff you learn!
