This is a cutting-edge class with no fills, but tons of fun!  In this intense training filled with a variety of unique movements and methods that incorporate the entire body we will perform agility drills, cardio bursts, tabata training, plyometrics, high intensity interval training, and lots of body weight exercises that use tons of abs/core, plus tons more.  All set to bangin' music!
