It can be hard make time for yourself when you're a mom and it becomes very easy to start putting yourself last and let yourself go.  This workout takes all excuses out of the mix.  Come sweat with other mothers in this ultra effective workout class! Meagan will take you through varied workouts including elements from all her most popular workout and dance classes to give you the results you want, tone up that post-baby figure, challenge your body beyond past plateaus, and feel great.  Everything from Bellydance to weight lifting to retro 80 aerobics and plyometrics, plus everything in between! 

You don't need to be a mama to come to this workout - everyone welcome!

Meagan Mayada Hesham owns and runs flow fitness & movement and teaches most classes including bellydance, boot camps, Latin/Brazilian dance, and all other workout classes, as well as the famous 12-week body transformation program.  She has taught dance and fitness for over 10 years as well as performing Latin & Belly dance professionally for over 15 years.  After having her baby boy almost two years ago she also took up competing in fitness competitions! Pat Beaven earned her teaching credentials from McGill University, and has been an early childhood and primary educator for over 20 years. In Toronto, she has taught privately, at childcare centres and nursery schools, in shool-age and enrichment programs in the public school system, at dance camps, recreation centres, the ROM. She also shares her knowledge and enthusiasm with teachers through staff development workshops and conference presentations, most recently for the Toronto Catholic District School Board's Professional Development Day and Umbrella Central Daycare's 18th Annual Conference.
