Intermediate/Advanced Bellydance Boot Camp
This class is a workout that will
strengthen, tone, and stretch all the body parts that need to be in top form
for bellydance. Work your arms, back, chest, abs, legs, ankles, and more -
plus drill bellydance technique!
- make your undulations and ab work
smoother and more articulate!
- get the endurance you need so you
never tire out in class or a show!
- strengthen your arms so you can keep
arm-work looking alive!
- work on lowering and raising with
movements!
- loosen your shimmies and more with
special hip stretches!
- strengthen your calves and ankles so
you can stay up on your toes without teetering around!
