Hi Guys!
I am training for a fitness model competition that is quickly approaching on July 17 - 4 weeks from now.  I have been a little off and on my diet over the past few weeks so I now have a whole lot of fat to lose in the next 4 weeks.  I thought I'd invite you all on this journey with me.  Let's see what we can do in a month of hardcore workouts and super-clean eating!  Whether your goal is losing those last few pounds so you can rock the short shorts this summer or jump-starting a weight-loss journey that may take longer than 4 weeks, make your fitness a priority for the next 4 weeks and let's see what we can do together here!

3) Visit MMH's body transformation forum at    Apply to get into the members only area so you can keep a journal on there as well as posting your before pic and stats if you want (this gives you extra motivation to make changes and keeps you accountable)  - Mine is there! You can update your journal and profile every day or every week.  I will be writing all the time and update my pic and stats each week!
