I have been a little off and on my diet over
the past few weeks so I now have a whole lot of fat to lose in the
next 4 weeks. I thought I'd invite you all on this journey
with me. Let's see what we can do in a month of hardcore
workouts and super-clean eating! Whether your goal is losing
